Had quite an interesting day today…
College went as usual… you know… aced a test without preparing for it… made lame jokes involving sexual in”your”endos (as I call it :p) got told how cool I am by Luke the guy with the cool pink shirt who thinks I’m god.

Went to Paul’s house afterwards to checkout this axe he smuggled in from Oman, he’s been going on about it for days now, just had to see him make a fool out of himself with it.
Picked up a big log of wood… and a wooden “thingie” that could have passed as Gandalf’s staff and took it to his place to try out this axe of his.
Well by picked up I mean Chris and Paul carried the heavy thing while me and Nick helped them cross the road.
A girl has got to protect her delicate hands after all and leave lifting heavy things to the real MEN.

After some chopping and watching Paul almost cut his ankle it was time to try out his shisha pipe. It was quite nice actually, better than what I had expected it would be like at least. Not only that but we also had some mint tea to go with it, like true Arabs. Although I do think I smoked a little too much in a few straight goes… that would explain why I almost fell down on the floor…
Our ears were then greeted by the lovely sound made by the ice cream van. We all rushed outside like the wee ickle children we are and got some ice cream…
All of this was followed by a trip to Nick’s house and watching Chris flatter and smooth a piece of wood he had chopped up earlier.

Chopping wood… shisha… mint tea… learning how to make a piece of wood flat and smooth… what else could you ask for.
