I love this movie (Magnolia) If you haven’t watched it, you should. It made me cry at the end… Tom Cruise was soo fucking brilliant… as was the rest of the cast. This whole valentines day just reminded me of that scene from the movie. So 14th feb tomorrow, when men buy their girlfriends/wives/fuck buddy’s flowers and chocolates to show them how much they love them… I’ve talked about this with a few people before, and sadly enough they were all for valentines day. I don’t know why people don’t get that 14th feb is not the ONLY day to do something special for your significant other, you can do that on any day of the year, be a little more imaginative for fucks sake. You don’t always have to stick with red roses, and an expensive box of chocolates… though that’s another thing i don’t get about women… They all say how they want their man to do something “different” for them… Yet what they really desire IS a box of chocolates… and an expensive gift. I really lose faith with womankind at times. Why do you have to be soo fucking materialistic all the time. They all say how they want a nice, caring, sensitive, “different” man. But what they *really* want is some arrogant prick who treats them like shit, then buys them pearls to make up for it. While the nice men are outside in the rain waiting for the girl they like… to tell her how they really feel about them, the typical “alpha” male is inside spanking her ass.
Only reason I’m not gay… is because i hate the male species a little more than the female one…Plus I do believe that their not all like that, thank god for that. And its not because its 14th feb tomorrow, or because I’m really lonely that I’m saying all this. Its just something that’s been on my mind lately and needed to be said.
and yes i know I’m dieing alone and most probably still a virgin :p
